Sports Taping

Went for sports taping at Phiten at Marina Square. Its a free service as they want more people to try out their products. Its sort of like compression tights but it adheres itself to the skin, making it tighter. You may feel a little restricted in your movement but you will get used to it after a while. The key is to move normally.
